Cask: Bourbon / Ruby Port Cask finish
Distilled 8th October 2010 and bottled 11th April 2019 at cask strength with no colouring.
Founded in 1876 near Elgin in Speyside. Recognised for producing a light and delicate spirit with fruity sweetness. Eight year old Bourbon matured spirit was finished in the finest first fill Ex Ruby Port cask.
Nose: Toasted oats, berry compote and honey, floral malt and baking spice.
Palate: Caramelised nuts, vanilla fudge, lots of dried fruit, fresh red berries, liquorice and butterscotch.
Finish: Toasted walnut and buttered brown bread with blackberry jam.
